You may please send your parcel to us through any courier company at the following address:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a voucher or exchange for the same value, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.

If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by ASFA COUTURE.

Items purchased online can also be returned and exchanged at our official outlet (if available in future), subject to the same terms & conditions.
